Orders and Shipping

Delivery times depend on the shipping option you select:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days.
    Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email to monitor its progress.

Creating an account is simple:

  • Click on the “Sign Up” button at the top of our website.
  • Enter your name, email address, and create a password.
  • Follow the verification steps, and you’re all set to shop and track your orders!

You can update your shipping address by:

  • Logging into your account and navigating to the “My Account” section.
  • Click “Edit Address” and input the updated information.
    If your order has already been placed, contact us immediately at support@lulamaescloset.com to make changes.

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the shipping provider’s website or via the tracking link in your confirmation email.

Whenever possible, we ship all items in one package. However, if items are located in different warehouses or require separate packaging, they may arrive in multiple shipments. You will receive tracking information for each package.

Returns and Exchanges

We offer hassle-free returns for items returned within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition, unworn, and include all tags and packaging. Sale items and custom orders are final and not eligible for returns or exchanges. For more details, visit our Returns & Exchanges page.

If you received the wrong item, we sincerely apologize! Please contact us at support@lulamaescloset.com with your order number and a photo of the item received. We’ll quickly resolve the issue by sending you the correct item or offering a refund.

We’re sorry to hear about this! Please email us at support@lulamaescloset.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us immediately at support@lulamaescloset.com. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address. Unfortunately, once the order has been dispatched, changes can’t be made.
